Founded in April of 2020, The Ozarks A Cappella is an organization dedicated to providing a unique educational and musical experience for high school students in southwest Missouri.

Through The Ozarks A Cappella, members of the ensemble are introduced to the world of contemporary a cappella and given the opportunity to grow as singers, musicians, and performers.

Fundamental to the core of The Ozarks A Cappella is a strong belief in a safe and inclusive environment that is welcoming to all.

In their first year, The Ozarks were crowned champions of the 2021 International Championship of High School A Cappella for their award winning song "Remind Me" originally performed by Emily King.

Going forward The Ozarks plan to continue growing educationally by continuing to compete and record, but also to attend festivals and other opportunities. Check out our current recording projects on iTunesSpotify, and Amazon Music!

You can find The Ozarks rehearsing once a week for two hours in Springfield, Missouri. As a group that welcomes students from multiple schools and backgrounds, they love getting to know each other, have fun through music making, and make life long bonds.

Currently there are 15 voices making up The Ozarks sound. If you would look like to be a future member of The Ozarks, find out how to audition here.
